Think new, vegan friendly, sustainable varietals from all over NSW, crafted by winemaker Aaron Mercer, a proud Hunter Valley boy, producing award winning wines from sustainable vineyards across NSW.
Tickets include 4-course dinner and tastings of 8 Mercer wines. Drops featured include Pinot Grigio + Vermentino ~ Chardonnay + Rosato ~ Shiraz Nouveau + Tempranillo ~ Late Harvest Semillon and a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
