VENUE CAPACITY

The Back Room can host up to 80 guests, with 35 stools and three large tables that can be rearranged. A minimum of 35 guests applies on Friday and Saturday evenings.

 

ROOM HIRE

Friday and Saturday room hire is $250 and includes a bartender for three hours. Sunday to Thursday requires a $250 deposit, refundable after the function, or it can be used toward a bartender, function platters or a bar tab. Two time slots are available: 10am - 4pm and 5pm - close.

 

FUNCTION PLATTERS

Each platter caters for approximately 10-12 people and requires one week's notice. Current options and pricing are available in our 2026 Function Menu.

 

Guests may also order from the normal menu. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. Outside food is not permitted, except cakes and chips with prior management approval.

You may bring your own music, entertainment and decorations. No glitter or confetti. Children are welcome but must be supervised.
